Anyone have any ideas for jobs I can do from home while Im on my university vacation period? I already work part time for Tesco but they dont have many hours going so wouldnt mind something else if anyone is in the same position as me?

Barwork. Plenty of it and much more fun than anything else.

was guna suggest bar work dependant on age, kitchen staff, volounteer yorself into a company that does the kind of work that interests you, more chance of getting if if volounteer
i think post office do temp contracts everynow n agen
tried an agency?
tbh for a student 500 amonth isnt bad, i earnt about 300 when i was 17/18 that was with a few jobs, worked in a kitchen as a pot wash lol, security stewarding and posting a few leaflets local to "older" people todo general garden work, cut lawns weed etc, simple but got me money

When i was on summer holiday from uni I did agency work...
...Sign up to a few agencies and make sure you keep in touch with them. In my experience they suck at finding work but if you hassle them on the phone everyday they will find something

I dont come home, I dont live with my parents, live with my GF! Barwork might work, except I work Friday and Saturday nights at Tesco, kind of the important nights bars want you for
Ive tried the agency route, they are fairly shite round here, I got a small waiting job but the cost in fuel to do it would pretty much outweigh the point of doing it tbh (they have so many willing to do it, why pay my mileage?)
Ill keep an eye out up town for posters in windows, not been anything cos once the students go home all thats left in Lincoln is old people

Just phone up some places you'd like to work and ask if they have anything, thats what I do.

University summer holidays are called 'summer vacations'.
Interesting fact of the day
