How would an XE corsa fair against 1??

Kev does have a habit of slavering pish sometimes But it does look good.

Edit: And an XE will beat one quite convincingly.

From what i've been told, dual runner intake manifold opens at 4.5k and VVT is fully operational at 6k.

VVT head on modified Zetec block. Head is apparently spot on, good for 500bhp!

XE Corsa will mash a ST170, i've been hurt by many XE'd Corsa's and Nova's, got a XE Nova myself!

Unless a ST170 is fettled (decat, stainles, K&N panel, Bluefin) I very much doubt it'd hold out a Type-R! My Focus is completely standard and was RR'd 2 weeks before I got it (168.8@fly, the highest recorded standard ST170 on FFOC at time) and mine struggles to get anywhere a standard EP3. They are pretty sharp but need to be driven hard to go anywhere. Temperature makes a great deal of difference, mine drives so mch better when there's crisp dense air, must suffer from heatsoak real bad!
