If it was the beetles or queen id pay it.

Im guessing its meant to be £16.99
But then i havent payed for music since i was about 16/17

I know what you mean, it certainly wouldnt pay anything like that for an album.
But if you loved somebody enough, who loved Bob Dylan, it would make a great present.
