Woke up at 3 clock this morning thinking that the world was ending and shrinkingm and that zombies were walking around. Reli freaked me out. Got up an discovered that my head hurt in so many ways!!! Ended up watching tv for 2 hrs downstairs whilst drinking stawberry milk and lots of drugs. Managed to get bak to sleep at 5, and woke up at 11. My head hurt still.....

You think you have problems

I woke up at 3am thinking there was a pigion in my bed I really did shit it for a while.

Stress is causing me to sleep either shit loads or hardly at all.
