Right, i cant get a loan out
as im part time at the moment,
so i was thinking why not get a credit car?
im only lookin at spending 2K?
im not all that sure how they work tho,
so any ideas and advice be help full

I doubt you'd get a £2k limit if you cant get a loan tbh.

i am confused though,
say i go out blow the 2K
how much will i have to pay bak each month
as with a loan its a fixed amount.
if i could have it my way id save up.
BUT ! im part time 12 hours a week.
and cant find a job any were

You wont get a £2k limit only doing 12hrs a week, you'd be lucky if you got accepted at all.

Yeah if you have a proper job. I dont think 12hrs a week is classed as that though and doubt a credit card company would accept any application you make.

just was not all that sure.
tbh banks are c*unts any way.
im not ment to be able to go over drawn.
and im -17.33

fpmsl, you dont sound the kind who'd be the best with a CC as it is. Save yourself the hassle down the line and sort yourself a decent job, save up for what you want to buy and then get it. Try and stay away from getting anything on credit if you can - as it'll only fuck you over in the end.

Exactly the reason you shouldn't have one.
I'm a Uni student and they love giving us lot credit cards. My Sainsbury's one only has a credit limit of £1,450. My first, when I was 18, had a limit of £500, one was even £250.

i am currently in the same position, only got a part time job and have been hunting for a full time job for the past month and a bit.
really annoying that i can't get the money together to get a new car etc

Ive got a full time job and earn a fair bit and i cant get a loan or finance!
im in no debt at all... and always have money, just not enough to buy a new car...
figure that?

Cosmo what do you think the chances are of me getting a £1000 loan over a year? I work 37.5hours before overtime.
