Sleeping with a wet duvet sounds worse than in the heat tbh

I find getting drunk the point of nearly being unconscious works well, just like I do when I go abroad

There's a physical reason why I do what I do, you constantly have active moisture surrounding the most temperature sensitive parts of the body, in turn it cools the body down to a nice temperature and the feeling of being wet and uncomfortable soon goes when your just glad your not laying in sweat anymore, but do bear in mind it's only an extremity for me as I do it when I'm in Brazil and we have unusually hot times, by that I mean over 25degrees at night.

Ive no idea why I think it, but for some reason the idea of sleeping a water soaked duvet seems dangerous

It won't be doing you any good, otherwise we'd all stoat about wearing damp clothes straight out the washing machine on sunny days.
Open a window or sleep with your wang out, i don't see the big problem

It depends if there is too much moisture in the air, but there isn't, if there was you wouldn't be soaking a duvet in cold water, you'd be using an electric blanket.
