Do places charge to get rid of tires? They're still on my old steelies but I guess steelies are worthless on their own.

I have 4 to get rid of, they're totally un-useable.

It'll probably cost you £1 a tyre to get rid of them, as it costs other places to get rid of them.

The best bet is to get them off the rims, then late at night, drop them off in a tyre fitters doorway

Then stick the steelies on ebay, or weigh them in for 40p.

Council tip?

I know they do round here, they recycle them and turn them into bollards and the rubber matting for playgrounds etc.
