I hate it when you ring someone up and they say "Hello?" as if they don't know it's you, ffs modern day technology allows you to see the name of the person calling you, ignorant.

What do you do?
Work for a uni chasing outstanding tuition fee debts etc and we get a lot of international students, makes life very difficult sometimes
