Does anywhere make decent silver rings?
Basically, im looking for a ring i can have Dad inscribed into (sentimental) to wear on my chain around my neck.
I've tried H Samuels, Beaverbrooks, local goldsmiths and pawn shops but knowhere seems to sell silver rings.
Thanks in advance.
Jake.

BTW - When i mean decent, i dont mean a £10-15 one. I dont mind paying a bit for it, as it is for sentimental value.

I clearly didn't read that properly
Silver rings in general aren't very expensive though, h samuel on this one occasion only is probably as good as anywhere else.

How about white gold or platinum? Silver rings aren't as common I don't think.

Nothing in particular, just that platinum and white gold are popular wedding band choices so there may be something more suitable.
I didn't know if there was some significance to wanting silver though.

The only reason i'd prefer silver is i wear a silver chain and bracelet, so obviously gold wouldnt really, and i dont particularly like gold tbh. But white gold or platinum should be ok, platinum gets a little expensive though

try a proper jewelers and get one made, wont be as expensive as you think, plus itl be unique which is far more sentimental than buying one made ofr 1000's of people.
I got matching bracelts made of solid sterling silver, they are amazing, my mate used ot make jewelry but he gave that up to become religeous (rolls eyes) so i cant get him to do it for you
