anyone done this before ?
I remember trying this years ago and it makes you swear like a bitch.. mainly you loose weight through water loss but if you make sure you are still having 4L of water a day (well thats how much i drink) then you should replace the lost water pretty quick...

only reason i posted was cos one of the trainers at the gym wears them a few times before a fight (he does boxing too) and says it shifts quite a lot

and cardio... depends really
mostly i go for 10k row followed by 15-22k cycle

works out to be between hour to hour and a half

yeh boxers were them leading up to there weigh in
if they were them other than that there pretty stupid.
as said, there pointless and dangorous

The boxer will probably wear that to loose a lot of water and weight before the weigh-in. Then he'll put it all back on before the fight.

you could just sit in a sauna for a while and get the same effect without the exertion.
