so basicly silly old women complaining about loud music and my exhaust aswell as ''''speeding around''' (bolocks) in a small village. has my number plate what can she do?

if she has your number plate, snatch it back off her and hit her with it...
...if she has your registration number, i think the police have to have evidence of you doing it (i.e. volume tests etc)

report you to the council i suppose and you'll get an asbo or 59'd 
Nothing will probably come of it - I have an armed response Traffic officer as a neighbour and he has complained a couple of times to me, saying that- he is a top bloke and nothing has come of it 
Oh, his wifes a CSI inspector or summat and I have a CID drugs squad officer accross the road and a dog handler around the corner and they have said naff all tbh

comfortable for me yes. i crnt play my music loud at home due to next door thats why i play my music loud in my car. i just used to turn it down after being warned by the police just to save the hastle.
