Do you actually need proper TB's for a particular reason?

If not the power box route is the one to go down for the X14 engine

I wouldnt spend serious money on the 1.4 tbh. If you were going down the TB route, start with a 1.6. As said, get a lexmaul or simmilar, just got one for mine and it makes an impressive difference.

No one neeeeds throttle bodies. A high percentage of why people buy them in the first place is smile factor. Bike carbs would be cheaper.

Yeah, x14xe. Mine is totally standard engine wise bar the inlet, and I noticed a big difference, seems to rev more freely, and pulls well after 4k.
