Full car licence holders qualifying after 1 February 2001 must also complete a CBT course before riding a moped on the road. Since 1 February 2001 individuals wishing to ride motorcycle combinations and mopeds with more than two wheels can now take CBT on these types of machine.

You can ride anything under a 125cc on a CBT and im guessing, if you passed before 2001.
