didnt have time to make anything this morning..

got the choice of

Somerfields
Tesco
Jacks fish n chips
Greggs
Subway

oh the choices..
dont want more than 600 calories really, i just dont have a clue what i want today.
not doing gym later so it wont really get burnt off as such
