painful!!!, but when it turns bad you get very sick/tired/cant eat/your body aches/kidneys hurt/cystitus(sp)!!!... meh
i got so ill i lost over a stone and didnt get out of bed for 2 weeks

so this time im on antibiotics to hope the above wont happen
