You can download a trial version off adobe's site IIRC
Or acquire it off a special site.

Dunno what the newsest version is, or which is the best though.

If you only want it for the cloning sort of tools paint shop is alot easier to use imo

It can be acquired from places like that, yeah.
Its not that bad tbh, just need to mess about with it IMO.

Im sticking with PS Elements I understand that.
