Hallo.

I've been given a Halford Trade Card which is nice. What are the various discounts available on the different items?

How do you get a trade card? I knew someone who used to have just a number on a text message on his phone, and they accepted that... would that still work?

well that answered the question

bulbs and wipers are cheap as are filters and some oils (mobil1 4L less then a tenner) tools are discounted but batteries are still pretty expensive

Yes and no. I've seen the discounts on one or two items, which were cheaper than online and other motor factors. I'm not expecting all stuff to be cheaper, but the fact that Halfords is so convenient makes up for it.

In my experience they're a lot cheaper with the trade card.

I've saved hundreds with mine.

I bought £150 of servicing bits when I was putting the XE in the Corsa. Final bill worked out cheap enough to get my battery free. Was about £60 off?

Trade cars of quite good.

Got some brake pads for a 97 Punto.

On the shelf for £22 got them for £8.

Save a fortune on service parts and tools.

Depends what you buy, but things like headlight bulbs are ridiculously cheap, like 80% off
