I've gone in today to get some vaccine shots for Travelling
Today I got Typhoid, Hep A, Tetanus, Polio and Dipheria. Will be going back for Hep B, Rabies and Jap B something or other...
I can't lift my left arm now, it's completely fucking monged out and just feels like shit now. How long will this last for? The doctor didn't say.

Euuugh I hate that, got them for egypt! Least if you get it in another 6 months thats you for life or something. Where are you going ?
never mind, just noticed Uk -> Vietnam -> Cambodia -> Thailand -> Malaysia -> Singapore -> Australia -> New Zealand -> Hong Kong - > UK - 12th Sept -> 1st of Feb
