caffiene helps in the short run, perks you up etc. wouldn't have any in the evenings though as you've got even less chance of sleeping

nytol for sleeping, plent of beechams and get some zinc+vitaminC suppliments from a superstore (a couple of quid) to help rebuild your immune system quicker.

I've been using cheap asda lemon stuff but it's ineffective i'll get myself some decent strength stuff tommorow if im not dead by the morning

carton of orange jucie is more sugar than vit c.

best thing for colds is to some seriose exercise and take plenty of vit c/water
works for me every time
