right lately when been at gym on weights or just laying back in bed or just randomly i get Huge pains in the back of my head, as if its going to explode, all i can do is grab my head until it goes, (feel like you just want to smash your head).

i have always had problems with headaches and migranes which been to doctors about when i was younger but ive never had anything like this???

at 16 i crashed my scooter through the back of a car and since then my neck and back clicks alot so dont know if that has anything to do with it....

i looked it up and found this.... should i go to dr's? anyone else ever had this?

If your sight has only been affected recently along with these headaches, I suggest a visit to your GP immediately.

I used to get headaches real bad when I went to the gym, it seems to have gone now. Not had one for at least a year. Are you taking on enough water through the day?

could be this, also lately ive been drinking quite alot, and i never usually drink, so going from nothing to drinking alot of vodka wont be the best thing, think ill slow down on that, i just get carried away.

I don't drink as much as I used to, maybe that why mine have gone. You should go and see the doctor though.

Bleed?

I wasent aloud to go to the gym after my crash, because I wasen't aloud to lift anything heavy, because it may start a bleed in my brain.

GET TO THE DOCS ASAP!!!

tbh from the sounds of it, you've pulled muscles that run up the back of your neck. This isnt that uncommon.

I think it unlikely that you have a haemorrhage of any sorts. The worry is a 'sub-dural' bleed which can be more insidious in onset. (I've had patients with slowly increasing bleeds over 2/3 months).
If this were the case would cause pressure symptoms e.g. Blurred vision, sickness, confusion, which would get progressively worse, not improve.

As always, I'd recommend you see your own doctor however. But I wouldn't get in a panic from what you've described here.

I had bad pains in my head and neck recently, turned out to be tension headaches as the muscles from ur neck run onto the side of your head so the pain was travelling, dont look on the internet for symptoms as you will just end up worrying over something that is probably nothing, just go to the doctors asap.
