I saw this on the TV last night. Look amazing, they were reeling off meters and meters of replacement skin that they had grown...

A lot of research very similar to this crops up every month or so.

Reading the article and reading the paper in the NEJM. This is a very small trial, of a very specific thing in a very specific setting.

Similar to many 'breaking discoveries' of recent years.

I wouldn't read too much into it more than it being an 'interesting' discovery/result.

The optimism that comes from articles such is that won't harm our chances of curing it 1 bit imo.
