autoglym srp is the best polish iv used, and dont you need a buffer to remove swirl marks

imo you will never remove swirls by hand, it is possible to temporarily fill them with certain polishs with I cant see you removing microns of paint by hand tbh

lol swirls can definatley not be removed by hand unless ya the hulk i spose. You need to take accurate microns of laquer off which need to be done with cutting compunds and a rotary as said polishes like autoglym srp will fill swirl marks too a certain point but even with wax applied will still be washed out by the next wash if not the rain when the wax breaks down.

Poorboys 2.5 is pretty good on swirls i've found, that was using a machine though. Would take hours on each panal by hand.

This on your purple one?
Followed it on the SC convoy and noticed it looked a bit swirly lol.
TBH, to get it fully or at least pretty corrected, you'll need a rotary or porter cable with the right pads and polishing compounds...
A PC will be alright on Vauxhall paint as it's not that hard

My neighbour is a detailer, charges £50 for an all over mop, but obviously he cleans it and preps it all himself first so you end up paying about £120

Jenko, the thing is, there is no point in paying for a respray when you could pay a detailer 150 - 200 to get it back to a just sprayed finished with no swirls etc

Shop around, its worth getting it down. If whoever you get to do it is worth their mustard they'll be able to get all sorts out.
Just ring around
