Long story short, someone owes us alot of money (not superlite). I have a name, know the area he lives (but not exactly). No landline phone number

ask around mate, someone is bound to know him. Especially if he likes modified cars as people wil definately know who he is and where to find him haha

good luck in your chase, out of interest what are you going to do when you find where he lives?

Facebook him. You can usually gather enough info from there to know where you're most likely to see them about.
