the solicitor wants 25% of the win, he said i can do it on my own if i like.

Think i'll do it myself.....

i had a claim going through for an rta when i tried a cicc so they didnt let me carry it on. it a fuckin joke.

What is the reason for not doing it yourself? As I understand it's adjudicated independently and you don't get to present a case anyway. It's only in your interests if you felt that a solicitor would get your more money, which I don't think is possible?
