Theres something not quite right there...

A 306 bhp stright 6, keeping up, and beating a 414 bhp V8.
Surely the E92 M3 can't weigh that much more than the 135i.

I didn't realise the 135i's had twin turbos
They also make the same levels of torque as the M3.

Although the 135 is a 3.0 (and the M3 is a 4.0), it has exactly the same amount of torque thanks to the twin turbos. And we know that its torque that wins, not the most BHP.

I think for the reason shown in the video that the 135i is not any slower than an M3 they have decided not to do an m1

1 small turbo
1 normal turbo

small turbo spins up from low revs so there is no lag waiting for the normal turbo to kick in!

and considering the 3.0 has 272 BHP as standard it must be in light form as it develops 306 BHP

They couldn't go to mad with it though and blow the M3 away!

The 135i is already sold as "quicker than a E46 M3 CSL" if it was quicker than an E92 M3 BMW would just be shooting themselves in the foot!

I expect a little remap would see E46 M3 power easily

The 3.0 engines also make 214-220bhp in some of the models, depending on which one you get. I'd imagine that the 3.0 engine that makes 270bhp is completley different from the one with the twin turbos.

And BluKoo. Editing your post, to make it appear that you knew they made the same level of torque as an M3, after I had posted
