Does anyone know what differences there are in the garrett GT15S turbo and the NVT15 
obviously the VNT15 is better as it has variable vanes, but are the flanges/fittings the same?

I love you, thankyou. The GT15S is even used on the x20dtl engine 
From what i know about part numbers they will have the same size compressor wheels, just the VNT is variable where the GT series are not. Looks like they will both have the same max psi tbh

It's on the X/Y 20DTH
It runs at 18psi. Well mine did.
The one i got was a hybrid. It had the GT17 bigger vanes.

Think boost will be ecu controlled. Pretty simple to alter with a simple boost T

thats pretty big. I think the stock GT15 could only blow up to 150bhp tbh.
