there was a program about this guy on 4 a wile ago, or someone just like him
he touched kids, and wanted everyone to kill themselves in a suicde pact on the original day it was ment to happen.
should be on 4od somewere, worth watching

also a film called - Belivers (2006) is simular to this kind of thing - great film
