need to lower my car but ant got the cash for dampers and what not what is the lowest you can go with out ruining the oe dampers and what brand springs do you recommend cheers...

id say 40mm..& most good branded springs should be fine mate spax etc.

im down 60 on standard but upgrading soon as it will give you piles in the long term

Would agree. 40-45mm on OEM dampers, bushes etc. If possible for your model, Eibach would be my choice.
