ive seen one for sale

just wondering what the potential of these are?

anyone know of any high spec ones?

i fancy totally rebuilding one and putting it on tb's/carbs

DO IT! iirc they are quite tuneable but wouldnt trust me on that one.

Tuneable, and good ol' 8v reliability. My mates Nova rusted and fell apart around it, but the engine was still going strong

Thats what im thinking, so far ive had 3 8v engines and they're quite strong and keep going!

what kind of stuff could i do for say £1000?

Make up a bit of loom to join corsa car loom to nova engine loom. Need to do something with the exhaust, I had a section made up to join a 4 branch to the Corsa's centre section. Also need a 16v fuel pump. That's about it!

I'll be selling my engine before too long to fit my valver.
