as i have been spending and selling loads recently on paypal. they are currently reviewing my account for money laundering.
i have to upgrade to a business account or something now to resolve it or they will look into it further.
has anyone else had this before?

just car parts mainly. as in my project thread i have been selling loads bits from it and buying new bits. have changed my mind a few times on a few bits and sold them on and bought other things

If you're buying stuff for personal use and not to make money then I can see why they can make you go onto a business account. Check their terms and conditions about personal accounts and see if it mentions limits to how much you can use it for in a certain time period.

I'd check into it a bit more tbh, as if you've a business account on paypal you may (if it ever came out) have problems with declaring your sales for tax reasons, etc.

they looked into it but i didnt have to change to a business account

i have a verified(2) premier account now

i just had to do the bank funding thing where they send you a code to prove its your bank account etc, and tell them how much i expect to get a month into my account, i think if its under a certain amount then you dont need a business account.

just follow the steps to resolve it. When it ask's for business type, there is an option for not business related. Simple to do.
