i wana spray it same as the car, how do i prep it?

Remove badge
sand with fine wet n dry paper
clean it with turps etc - dry.

Remove it from the car, take the badge off, sand down with something like 320 grit, then 500, untill its smooth and free of any little bobbles, clean it with panel wipe (de-greaser), give it a few light coats of primer, rub primer down slightly with 800 grit, de-grease again, few coats of paint, few coats of laquer.
