To cut a long story short i purchased a Digi cam off an ebay shop, all well and good i thought. However, the bloody thing won't switch on (have tried to charge, etc etc). I emailed the company telling them of the problem. They sent me back some warranty details as it comes with 1 year Kodak warranty. Have since found out it'll take 21 days plus postage time to get it repaired. Is there anyting else i can do (i.e complain through paypal and get a refund) as it doesn't look he'll exchange.
