have a bath before bed, relax and wind down, eat healthily, and if all else fails then night nurse will send u off, dont have it every night though because u will become dependent on it.

Dude, i'm still having bother with my leg, which affects me worst when i'm in bed. Don't know if it's because it actually hurts more then or just because that's the only thing on my mind when i get to bed.

For the last 6-8 weeks i've been getting 3-4 hours a night. Quite often not getting off at all until sun-rise, and then having to get up at 8 for work. Fully annoying and really gets you down.

I'd been taking Co-codamol (codeine/paracetamol) and ibuprofen, aswell as something called amytriptilene (sp?) which is meant to be a relaxant and help you sleep; and still couldn't. Even taking like 3 Nytols (meant to be 1 a night) wouldn't help.

The only way i could gaurantee a good night sleep was to get wasted, and then i could just kind of pass out. Not tried night nurse, but i assume it's the same as nytol?

Are you sure yours isn't stress about the price of BMW steering components?

myke, it may be sacrilige but i cant afford to buy new clothes and scarcely anything fits! Beer too is expensive so its all about the benjamins at the moment!

Need to get back to being healthy, then i can have some alcohol. Can live without it quite easily!
