status is unclaimed, but there is no cancel button under action in the history bit

If it's unclaimed the person whos account you sent it too isnt a premier account so they cant accept payment from credit cards.

They need to either reject it or upgrade their account to accept the payment.

If it goes unclaimed then it can take upto 30days iirc to get back to you. (happened to me)
