Right, its been years now and I still really badly want a Wolsely Hornet or a Riley Elf with an xe or similiar. I guess I love the fact its basically a mini but not. Does anyone know of any modified examples or point me in the direction where I might find? Thanks.
So also wondering what cars, mainly classic you would love to get your hands on and modify. Follows on really form my brothers latest purchase which is a rusty Fiesta 1.1 Ghia which he is planning on putting either a CVH or crossflow in on carbs.

Hornet and elf are same subframe as mini, different body, some panels are identical though. Alot of mini parts would fit. It makes sense to me. I always prefer the rarer car over the better car on paper. Minis are too common. I do love them to bits though but wouldnt have anything post 1970. Im not selling the rallye rob dont fret! Its nice to know people like the car on this site, I never get much feedback about it on the net really.
