Don't worry over it mate, you can always try again. It took me three attempts to get my motorbike one

Have the lesson before, then go into the test and think like it's a lesson, only he won't tell you how to do stuff, only where to go. Do your best and you'll be all good

Its expensive to keep doing it though, because I can only do it on a saturday it is about £100 a time

All my lessons are like that anyway, he just tells me where to go, but I have had a lot of lessons, my instructor never has anything bad to say about my driving or parking etc, but as soon as I get nervous it goes to pot and I make more and more mistakes.

You're right mate, it's an expensive business to keep doing tests, but you'll be glad when you've passed.

When you're in the waiting room, take a couple of deep breaths to calm your nerves, that helped me.

If it helps you, pretend you've already passed and the examiner is a sat nav

Also try and chat to the test person as it'll calm you down.

I think I should be fine if I can stay calm.
