Excellent handling out the box and pretty well built, only 150bhp though.

Slow for what they are on paper. Dunno about handling, I pretty much eat them for breakfast on track in my 106 though.

slwo out the box but for £2000 ish you can go to jamsport and have 190bhp.

or for 3000 you can have a supercharger conversion.

i was considering one for a little bit.. insurance is reasonable for the engine size/value... but i could also insure a 1.8 20v turbo ibiza/leon for the the same price and spend less..

I'd have one. Nice, reliable, comfortable, fast enough hot hatch imho.

Basic LX Fiesta I learnt in always handled well, and my missus' 1997 R Fiesta handles well for standard. Better than Corsa's imho.

Hate the 'Viper' stripes mind.

I like the ones on the side but the "viper" stripes look crap imo.

They're nice cars. As said, cofortable, well built, good spec and handling well. 150bhp can seem slow at time for a "hot hatch" but can still be enough to have fun with. I'm not a fan of the stripes though (why mine is naked!)

Went in one for the 1st time last night, seemed quite torquey, which awlays seems to make cars faster than they are. But, once it got going it wasen't all that TBH.

But agreed with whats already been said, handle very well, ands well built. 6 disc CD changer as standard too

I'd have one.

my mate has 1, aint realy that quick,

how come everyone say they handle so good? when evo test drove them they said it had a disappointing chassis.

ive drove my friends loads of times and i thought it was just ok, bit boring realy, seats are quite nice tho and it looks good

set of eibachs transforms the handling and it is quite impressive then

they like to rattle but are decent cars for the money. they're coming down in price now because a new shape fiesta will be out soon.

can get one for about 9k, maybe less.

I'd have one as well, they look quite nice and the right colour really sets them off.

I learned in a Fiesta diesel, didn't like it that much but I think that's because it was a diesel.
