Off with the 21mm head top cap



out with smelly old oil



in with new fresh oil



about 20psi will do for me

Supposed to be done after every 100 hours of riding. The oil gets hot as the air is compressed and de-compressed when offroading so it slowly breaks down and doesn't behave like it used to

I only use to change the oil when it started pissing out the seals on them. Which was a fairly regular thing to happen
