and i am intrigued to learn about these tribes. as i said in a post, i always watch the documentaries about these tribes as i find them fascinating

Ok. I feel we're on the same wavelength now, most tribes near the Amazon are isolated though, because there is nothing but forest and the surrounding towns are neglected by the current government as they consider them a lost cause and very dangerous. But they caused the problems in the first place and now can't deal with what they caused.

Says on the link (or maybe its a diff link) that the men seem to have coloured themselves in red dye and the women in black dye. Which is why they look such a dodgy colour

Yes but for it to be so straight forward is boring, we need a mass drama about untrue it is...
The problem with the article is that it's a complete lie that there are few tribes left, there is loads in Brazil, Peru, Chile and Bolivia.
