Camping is great...haven't been for a while and with the wife being pregnant, can't see it happening again too soon!!

The Lake District is a great spot. Plenty of decent campsites.

Lol, just been camping, was nowhere as bad as I thought it would be. Just pick a campsite with well rated facilities

Also, most campsites have an electrical hookup these days, we took a fan heater, Kirsty took hair straighteners and we had a kettle, toaster. You can rough it or do it properly as much as you like.

Electric hookup?? Is that not for caravans?? The only electricity we had was in the shower and toilets bit.

No, we had a long outdoor extension lead with a 4 socket extension lead on the other end!
