Terrible news my mum was reading Teletext last night when she noticed a story about a lad called Toby Cooke who was involved in a roadrage incident which lead to him being murdered later on the hardshoulder of the M1 between J10-11 near Luton

A 43 year old man has been arrested on murder charges.

Just seems such a waste regardless of who started the situation... he was only 25

Go careful everybody

was this the guy who got punched once in the head/face and died? if so is hardly murder... extreme result of a not extreme action! situation should never arise but not murder if so!

He'll be done for manslaughter.

The real punishment is having to live with himself now

Yeah but if he intended to harm him seriously then if it accidently happened that's no excuse! I don't think it'll be manslaughter unless he can argue the person he killed provoked him.

Bound to be witnesses but i cant see him being done for Murder.

It may have been self defense, remember this is a guy almost twice the victims age.

Suppose so yeah good point. They should blame the lad because he's young and therefore bound to have been in the wrong though

Both pulled over for a fight. Both as bad as each other imo. He could've drove on and lived, but wanted to be a hard man.

TBH I agree, and my brother was saying the lad was kinda a bully at school.

It just keeps making me think that cowardice is the easiest and now safest way out of any situation
