How do you alter the note of an exhaust?
At the moment i have a cat-back peco system and to be honest its actually quieter than i expected it to be.
How would i make the exhaust have a deeper note rather than raspy?
Thanks

Well i thought about getting a de-cat and a 4-2-1 manifold too.
Does the manifold alter the exhaust note at all?

Dont get a de cat. If its just noise you want just remove the middle silencer.
It saves hassle come MOT time

I ditched the cat. Its not home made. Its proper job with sleaved one end and flange the other so takes matter of minutes to swop...once a year so nothing major! I kept the centre box to keep it quiet when crusing along, but get a nice deep roar when giving it some throttle! Also you dot get the raspy shit with it combined with the scorpian!
