my car had hit the floor that many times ie pot hole n speed bumps, that i have a nice hole in my manifold how much would a new one cost?

i am really considering putting standard springs back on it, and to top it off my cluch is on the way out

Granny shiftin' not double clutchin' like you should. You're lucky that hundred shot of NOS didn't blow the welds on the intake!
