Mr Captain has my container on his boat. Boat is running 2 days late. Boat should go to Liverpool then to Hamburg.

So, Mr Captain decides to carry straight on to Hamburg, and make the time up, so his Hamburg shipments aren't late.

Then come back to Liverpool to drop off on the way back to the USA. Hence my goods are 7 days late.

In a way yeah. I work for a packaging firm and do their shipping.

I'm on my own today so no-one to moan to in the office so I thought i'd have a moan here.

i understand. i work in customer services and had "roy" from "wiltshire" earlier trying to setup his recently purchased home theatre system. was on the phone for 45 mins. old people should be banned from electrical equipment.
