Thought I'd create a false floor to tidy up the rear of the car with a view to fitting some black bucket seats and harnesses eventually.
The floor is finished and will be fitted when I get the seats etc, bought some 6mm MDF and some acoustic carpet. Used the boot carpet as a template. Used spray glue. really tidy job, fits the car snug. Split MDF so spare is easy accessible.
What ya reckon?

Not yet mate, I originally bought the MDF agaes ago but it was kind of a 'i'll finish that later' thing Have had the seats in ages since cutting the MDF, but it did fit nice and snug before I put the carpet on.
As I say, I'll fit it when I get the seats sorted, don't really want sport seats up front and a false floor in the back, won't go imo.
Cheers.

It'll be about £20 Phil, I also looked at making one with an amp cover - Couple of bits of 2x4 underneath it to space it from the floor, then a cutout with a bit of perspex to show off the amp.
Now I don't have anything in there, so cant be bothered, but I did have sketches drawn up before now.
