ok i now have an inlet manifold and a pipercross induction kit for my car and also im ordering a jap 4-2-1 manifold and a decat pipe tomorrow so what increase am i looking out of all of this?

what inlet?

If its a manzel or similar 15-20bhp maybe

the inlet is a vx performance one made buy some guy at vauxhall. but wont the exhaust manifold or the decat add anything to it?

ur car standard is around 82bhp so i would say it would be hovering around the 100bhp but remembering its probz lost acouple of bhp through the years

His cars 90bhp standard, its the 16v.

probably but if you really want to know get it on the rolling road. some people on here have had tuned 1.4's but for the gains you may aswell buy a 1.6

from a manifold and decat, maybe 4-8 bhp the thing you will notice most is the power / torque band may be moved higher up the rev range
