Mate is thinking of buying a 318 V-plate 3series BMW and its done 97k.
Apparently its in good nick, but he doesnt care much for cars. Wants something bigger than his clio and a bit "nicer"
Its up for £3995
Good price

Is this an E46 on a V?
Seems quite high tbh, especially as it's only likely to be an SE or something.
If it had M Sport stuff, I'd consider it.
And would 97k be 3k miles off major cambelt type service?

Missed the 97k..typical dyslexia.
retail £4075. Price seems spot on to me -but yeh, I would never pay that figure.
Try nearer £3500/£3600

About right price tbh!
BMW's hold their value when they drop to around that price, they seem to stick!
97,000 is not a huge amount on a newer BMW engine either!
Try for less, but its not bad

Ok, coupe would be for looks, still id try & get the M goodies, iirc ones without steering wheel control's etc are worth less.....so someone said when I was looking at a 318 E46.
