looking at my rather scratched up one today, that i got for my 19th birthday... i thought it will be five years old come august so might get a new one
havent started looking around yet but anyone got links to good sites? and what makes and looks are the best atm. looking for something silver that will be worn everyday. looking to spend around £400-500

Seiko are very good watches, as are tissot, another brand with some in that price bracket is oris, regarded as as good as a lot of the much more expensive makes.

You could also get a nice Maurice Lacroix for that sort of money
