if you ever decide to switch insurance companies, the other insurer don't usually recognise it as a proper certificate or 1 years no claims
i have that option too as i'm with elephant but if i want to look around and get cheaper prices, it would not help me.

i'd phone up and make sure mate.
or even phone another insurer up and ask if they would accept a fast track 1NCB as a proper 1 years no claims.
just to make sure.

Mates have been on it have had no problems at all changing. Its just the older companys that seem to kick up a fuss, but all have been insured with the correct NCB. Im on one atm after my crash

I have never had a problem with this either, my renewal says I have x no claims, I have x no claims.

you know where i work will
but we dont accept it for valid NCB and we deal with 98% of insurance company's.
purely because it isn't as a years NCB its 10 months!
its a BIG CON tbh fork out for the 12 mate or pay more in the long run

Nowhere on my renewal does it say I have got them for 10 month policys, just that I have 4 years no claims.
