My Mums 2 day old Yaris went in to the bodyshop for a brand new rear quarter a few weeks ago. She went to collect it on Friday afternoon and the bodyshop parked it up in the car park. Between then and my Mum collecting the car somebody has driven in to it!
She now has to wait until the middle of next week to get it back!

We get that alot, always repairing stuff thats our fault without telling the customer.
Other week my dads van was in my work having passenger wing, front panel, bumper, light and a bonnet repair, painter fucked up the paint on the bonnet and had to paint it again to decided to take it off. Took out the two 10mm bolts on one side and let the bonnet drop into the window Cracked the window, Transit Connect, with a heated front screen, just short of 500 quid for a new screen
